Meet Our Board
Clarice Needham
Founder
President of HJM Management Services, full-service tax and accounting firm. Believes in
educating clients and working diligently to help individuals develop achievable goals. Actively
hosted high school classes to equip children with the basic education around personal finances,
to help them get a head start on life outside of school. Owner and founder of Children with
Dreams Foundation (CWDF) focuses on the hearts of young children from the age groups of
1-12 years old by making it an obligation to ensure that they are provided with the accessibility
to things most of us take for granted.
Bonita Lee Smith
Secretary
Over 30 years experience working in health care, mostly pediatrics.
Member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church, served as Secretary/treasurer of the women’s ministry.
Passion for youth and helping them in their endeavors.
Theresa Elliott
Treasurer
Over 20 years experience in the insurance industry. Has volunteered to help clean up parks for
kids and families. Helps decorate the community during the holiday seasons. Previously held
positions on The Board of Directors for a private community.
Robert Brantley
General Officer
Married family man, who enjoys sports, bowling and his grandkids. Looks forward to giving back to the community by volunteering. In hopes, giving kids the tools they need to be successful in this world.
Georgette Vassell
General Officer
Current Dispatch Specialist with experience in Traffic Enforcement and train conductor. Enjoys time with family and friends. As well as traveling and volunteering. Wants to teach kids it’s
better to give than receive, hopes volunteering shows people how to be better themselves.
Shonda Deberry
General Officer
Current client representative in the financial industry for over 20 years. Enjoys working to help
others and make them feel they are valued. In the future wants to open a business to help low
income families. Enjoys seeing a smile on peoples faces.
Eileen
General Officer
Current Fire Safety Director. Was honored to be part of an organization to help people and direct adults on the right path. Donated to companies like St Judes. Hopes to make a difference for those in need.
