Over 300 children received a toy in their hands! Special thank you to my volunteers for holding it down. Thank you for ALL the donations we received from local businesses, organizations, HJM clients,family, freinds and some ppl that we didn’t know. This toy drive was dedicated to to the Pettway Family. A young mother of 4 children lost her life this summer and left behind 4 children. Ages 1-13 years old. Her children will always receive gifts from CWDF in her memory! 🙏🏾👶🏽. However the event targets to support families that are in need this holiday season. This is a way for children to embrace the same joy as those that are more fortunate than others.
